All orders, including technical documentation and physical goods, undergo a verification process. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing prior to dispatch. We operate fulfillment operations Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

2. Domestic Transportation Estimates We utilize reliable commercial carriers to ensure secure delivery across the United States.

Standard Ground: Expected arrival within 4–7 business days.
Priority Dispatch: Expected arrival within 2–3 business days.
Service Area: Currently, we provide shipping services exclusively within the continental United States and Alaska/Hawaii.

3. Shipping Tariffs Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of the consignment and the destination zone. The final shipping cost will be clearly itemized during the final stage of your checkout process.

4. Real-Time Consignment Tracking Once your package is registered with the carrier, a notification will be transmitted to your registered email address. This communication will include a unique tracking identifier, allowing you to monitor the transit status of your assets in real-time.

5. Delivery Liability & Documentation Sierra Forestry Consulting LLC ensures all items are securely packaged to withstand transit. In the event of loss or physical damage during transportation, please retain all original packaging and contact our logistics department within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date to initiate a claim.

6. Physical Address Requirements To ensure successful delivery of sensitive forestry equipment or documentation, we require a valid street address. We do not facilitate shipping to P.O. Boxes or unauthorized freight forwarding centers.
